Returns & Refunds Policy for Marshy Mallows
Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal marshmallows and confections, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging and preparing your order, but if your package arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong items, we want to make it right immediately.
Reporting an Issue
Please follow these steps to report an issue:

Contact Us Immediately: Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to report any damage or incorrect items. Please send an email to info@marshymallows.ca or use the contact form on our website.

Provide Proof: To help us process your request quickly, please include your Order Number and attach clear photographs of the damaged product(s) or the incorrect item(s) you received. The photos are essential for filing a claim with the carrier (if applicable) and for internal review.

Hold the Items: Please retain all packaging and the damaged/incorrect items until you hear back from us, as the shipping carrier may request to inspect them.
Our Resolution
Upon reviewing your claim, Marshy Mallows will, at our discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

Replacement: We will ship a replacement for the damaged or incorrect goods at no additional cost to you.

Store Credit: We will issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the affected items.

Full or Partial Refund: We may issue a full or partial refund to your original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only if the request is received before the order has entered the fulfilment process (i.e., before it has been packaged or shipped). Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Shipping Address Errors
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
